Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  This policy is only valid for online purchases of footwear, clothing and accessories via brooksrunning.com.my.

 

  1. Brooks is pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over RM200.00 within Malaysia Only for all online purchase.

  2. All other orders will incur a flat rate of RM12.00 per delivery.

  3. We do not offer shipping to any international countries.

  4. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

 

IMPORTANT:  All payments from this online store will appear on your credit card statement as PARAGON VEST SDN BHD.

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

 

  1. All delivery times are indications only (as provided by service provider)

  2. Indication of time will take place once goods are packed and dispatched from Brooks.

  3. Delays in shipment may occur when a specific  product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay.

  4. In the event of your ordered items are in- stock and some are being substantially delayed, we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges may apply.

  5. Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations.

  6. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your orders are being shipped from Brooks.

  7. Once your order has been dispatched from Brooks, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases of footwear, clothing and accessories via brooksrunning.com.my. For all other purchases of Brooks products via a retail store please refer to the store of purchase for their Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

RETURNS 

 

  • Products purchased on brooksrunning.com.my can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery in accordance with the RETURNS POLICY below.

  1. We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for return.

  2. Should you qualify for the Returns Policy outlined below, a Return Authorisation Number will be provided to you.

  1. Products purchased on brooksrunning.com.my can be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

  •    Order Number

  •    Request for Exchange 

   3. We will respond within two (2) business days with confirmation whether the products were bought from us and can be accepted for           exchange.

   4. Should you qualify for the exchange, an authorisation number will be provided to you. 

   5. Once confirmation has been received on your end, kindly pack and deliver your purchased goods to:

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

  1. Shoe Boxes: When returning shoes in boxes, please ensure items are packed  inside a satchel & ensure you do not attach anything on the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to reject your return as we will not be able to resell the product.

 

  1. Once the product has been received and assessed to meet the criteria of our returns policy, we will process the exchange or refund.

  

RETURNS POLICY

 

  1. Apart from faulty products, products purchased on brooksrunning.com.my can be returned within fourteen (14) days with the condition that the goods are in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.

  2. You shall be responsible for the return’s shipping costs unless that we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty.

  3. Should a product returned to Brooks is faulty, but is found to be in working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight on our discretion.

  4. You will also be charged a service fee for the testing of products.

  5. Brooks will charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange, which have been damaged while in your care.

  6. Credits / Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

  7. Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the Malaysia.

  8. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for refunds to be processed.
